After graduating from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Information Technology and Informatics (ITI) I started my career in IT at TM Forum in March 2008.

TM Forum is a non-profit, global trade association trusted by the world’s largest enterprises, service providers and suppliers to help them continuously transform to succeed in the digital economy. The Forum helps its members reduce cost and risk, improve business agility and grow their business through a wealth of knowledge, tools, standards, training and practical advice.

I started with TM Forum as a web designer, tasked with updating the website and designing email communications. However, not long after I started I had the opportunity to expand my role into IT support as well. From there I went on to building and managing my own team that handles the day-to-day IT operations and supporting our ever-evolving website.

I'm enjoying leading and developing my team and also still getting to be hands-on with our systems and projects.
