Tshepo Mongalo

Tshepo is a Senior Manager with a background spanning 21 years in in the ICT industry. He has expertise in managing process driven IT Infrastructure operations covering datacenter operations, IT Service Management and Cloud. Tshepo has been at the forefront of BTC Digital Transformation initiatives, driving the Digital Operational Excellence stream. He has acted as General Manager Information Systems, an executive level position reporting to Chief Operations Officer, responsible for overseeing overall IS operations as well as strategy formulation and implementation. He currently heads the BTC Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) providing services to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include;
• Overall P&L owner for Digital Services offered by BTC
• Provide thought leadership around Digital Services
• Development and delivery of the BTC Digital Services Strategy
• Formulate and execute BTC Cloud GTM Strategy, target operating model, KPI management, governance.
• Responsible for the complete lifecycle of Digital Services covering consulting, solution architecture, engineering, implementation and after sales support.
