Masterclass - Techco organizational design

TM Forum's TechCo Organizational Design (TOD) masterclass provides Communication Service Providers (CSP) with the information, guidance, and tools they will need to transform their organization, culture, and talent successfully. The work will allow CSPs to benefit from new digital technologies fully.

Digital transformation is commonly accepted as essential for the future business success of CSPs, but many highlight organization and culture as key barriers preventing them from successfully becoming a "TechCo."

Currently, very little support is available to CSPs in this area, so this masterclass aims to address this by expanding on a series of tools and frameworks to help CSPs successfully handle digital transformation's "people" aspects. In addition, some proposed deliverables were introduced in IG1316 to stimulate the team's thinking and act as a foundation for the project team's future work.
 
During the masterclass, we will dive deeper into a comprehensive step-by-step guide for CSPs seeking to transform their organization, talent, and culture. The introduction to Digital Organizational Maturity Model will also be introduced, helping the organization identify the key areas to focus on, allowing organizations to benefit from new digital technologies.
