Over his career in information technology, Dahn has made people development a focal point, serving as the National Director for Kaplan Educational Centers, building the basic skills curriculum for more than 10,000 students in the City College of New York System and helping American Express produce a worldwide training program for their customer support centers. Dahn earned a degree in philosophy from UCLA, a degree in logic from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
