Arne Munch-Ellingsen

Arne Munch-Ellingsen has more than 35 years’ experience in distributed and pervasive computing, holding roles from software engineer and project leader to Senior Research Scientist. He has been with Telenor since 1997—leading IoT and AI innovations in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects such as AI4EU and INTEND—and, since 2023, serves as Professor II in Computer Science at The Arctic University of Norway and as Senior Research Scientist in Telenor Research and Innovation, currently focusing on intent-based architectures with usage of AI-based agents as an enabler, and their real-world impact.
