Ayedime Amadi is a seasoned Technology Strategy , Architecture and Transformation Leader with over 25 years experience spanning Telecoms, Consulting , Banking and Financial services
She presently is the Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture and Customer Channels in the Group Technology function of MTN Group , a Pan African Digital Services provider with a large presence and footprint in 19 countries across Middle East and Africa .
She bridges the gap between Technology and Business and has experience working with organizations to internally shape and deliver large-scale Technology and Business transformation roadmaps in line with business goals. Her experience spans Technology and Business and she has in-depth experience and track record in Leading teams to implement and execute on Technology Strategies and Roadmaps which will enable the evolution of Platform and Ecosystems capabilities to deliver on large-scale Technology and Digital transformation initiatives which deliver value and business outcomes.
She is a recipient of the TM Forum Outstanding Contributor award in 2024 and also the Committee Chair of the Techco Organisation Design TMForum Project where MTN alongside a crop of other Dynamic Group of Experts and professionals from across the industry collaborating are with TM Forum in shaping the future of Telecoms by building the people side of the Open Digital Architecture.
