Gaspare Maria

With 27+ years in telecom, he has led the design and delivery of complex OSS/BSS solutions and driven digital transformation initiatives across Europe. As a former Senior Solution Architect supporting Tier-1 operators, he contributed to high-impact strategic programs.

In 2017, he founded Xacria to bring cutting-edge IT, including real-time streaming and event-driven architectures, into the world of network automation. Today, under his leadership, Xacria develops agile, standards-based solutions powered by TM Forum Open APIs and MEF LSO frameworks, enabling CSPs to manage hybrid, multi-domain networks with intent, speed, and precision. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa.
