Jason Keane

Jason leads the Ericsson OSS/BSS Portfolio which encompasses both the product and services related to the area. In this role he is responsible for setting the overall offering strategy and associated investments with each. This includes the investments in digital commerce, service orchestration, charging and billing as well as the technologies around Data & Analytics (AI, GenAI, knowledge maps). In addition to the product offers Jason also holds the responsibility for the Services and Managed IT Services strategy for Ericsson.

Jason has worked on the operator and vendor side of the business and brings 30+ years’ experience across the IT industry in verticals such as utility, finance, infrastructure amongst others.

Jason holds both a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering, as well as an M.Sc in Business Operations from Dublin City University, Ireland. He also holds Executive Leadership certifications from Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania, USA.
