Ms Hawes-Hewitt is a leader within Google Cloud’s Global Telecom Industry, responsible for designing global industry solutions to meet Communicate Service Provider’s greatest business challenges. Her work covers network solutions, AI/analytics, customer experience, sustainability, and new monetization models.

She designs Telecom Industry Solutions using Google Cloud’s leading AI/ML capabilities and helps CSP executives to increase business agility, accelerate time-to-market for new revenue opportunities, increase operating efficiency, and improve EBITDA.

Specifically within the Sustainability domain, she leads global industry efforts to embed AI for impact, for example, the application of AI/ML to anticipate demand on cell towers, right-size energy requirements and realize sizable efficiencies.

Previously she was a Managing Director at Accenture, where she founded and led their Global Smart Cities and Infrastructure business. She brings over 20 years of international public and private sector experience, leading digital transformation projects in South East Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, the US, and South Africa.

Jen has published thought leadership with the World Economic Forum, been a member of Sadiq Khan’s Smart London Board, attended the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership and regularly gives talks at Mobile World Congress and Digital Transformation World. She holds an Honors degree from Oxford University.
