Margaret Pan

Ms. Margaret Pan currently serves as Project Manager and Standards Expert at China Telecom's Product & Service Design Center (PSDC). She has spearheaded groundbreaking innovations in service provision automation and componentized product design. With 10 personally filed patents, including several core patented technologies that have been deployed at scale on PSDC, Ms. Pan has also served as principal author of multiple international standards adopted by global standards organizations including TMF, ITU-T, IEEE and GSMA, providing critical technical foundations for the digital transformation of the global telecommunications industry.
