As the Chief Network Engineering Officer at Bharti Airtel International, I lead the strategy and execution of network modernization, optimization, and innovation across 14 countries in Africa and Asia. With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, operations, and management, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
I am passionate about transforming network engineering with agile, cloud, and sustainability principles and practices. I am a certified SAFe Practice Consultant, Cloud Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Business Architect, as well as a PMI Certified PMP, a Fellow at the Institute of Administrative Management, and a PhD in Telecommunications. I have successfully completed multiple projects and initiatives that leveraged these competencies, such as the 2=3=4 deployment, the 5G trial, the fibre deployment, and the network data speed awards. I also hold a MBA from the Manchester Business School, one of the world's top business schools.
