Ahmed Mokhtar

Ahmed Mokhtar is the founder and CEO of GreySkies, a premier provider of Unified Service Assurance software for telecommunications service providers and large enterprises.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Ahmed has held leadership positions in telecommunications and technology companies such as Teledesic Corporation, Corvis Corporation, and Level 3 Communications. His work has primarily focused on network performance, design, and automation, overseeing activities ranging from network optimization and systems re-architecture to network planning and optimization workflow automation.

Ahmed obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Alexandria University, Egypt, his Masters in 1993 from George Washington University, and his Ph.D. in 1997 from the University of Washington, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
