Hector Montes

Héctor Montes is the Head of Telco Business Unit & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Tupl, a technology company specializing in AI-driven automation solutions for the telecommunications industry. With a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships, he plays a key role in expanding Tupl’s global presence and driving innovation in telecom operations.

Earlier in his career, Héctor contributed to Nokia R&D in Málaga and Beijing, earning 11 patents. He later held commercial leadership roles at Optimi in the U.S. (working primarily with AT&T), Actix (supporting clients such as Telefonica and Vodafone), and continued in similar positions at Aircom/TEOCO and Arieso/Viavi, managing accounts including Orange, Proximus, BT and Deutsche Telekom.
