Amit Bhardwaj

Amit Bhardwaj is a dynamic leader with over 21 years of global experience in wireless engineering, technology, and strategy. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of National RAN and Device Engineering at Boost Mobile, where he is responsible for the operations, new market strategies, and device integration for the Boost Mobile Network.

Amit has a strong background in technology strategy, sales, and management, with expertise in areas such as network architecture, business transformation, and C-level engagement. His career is marked by significant accomplishments, most notably during his 11-year tenure at Ericsson. As VP and CTO at Ericsson, he demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute high-level strategies, drive technology evolution, and build strong customer relationships. Notably, he led solution engagement to secure a $7.5 billion Tier 1 5G contract and spearheaded the network evolution program for T-Mobile USA. Throughout his time at Ericsson, he received numerous awards and recognition, including being named an Ericsson Global Sales Professional of the Year multiple times and receiving the Impact Award from the President & CEO of Ericsson.

Amit's earlier experience includes key positions at Ericsson India, Aricent Technologies, and Reliance Communications. He holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon in India and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics & Communications from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University in India.
