Carolina García Vázquez is based in Valladolid, Spain. She studied Telecommunications Engineering and joined Telefonica Group over 25 years ago.
Her early focus on Data Analytics within R&D departments, combined with significant experience across various stages in the development lifecycle of network and operations systems, led her to pioneer the application of AI/ML to this domain starting in 2008
Currently, within the Autonomous Network Journey program in GCTIO, she is responsible for researching and exploring the application of cutting-edge AI techniques to enhance network autonomy, efficiency and quality
