Mona Bokharaei Nia

Mona Bokharaei Nia, Ph.D. is the Global Director of AI/ML Solutions at Tecnotree, leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide AI strategies for telecom and digital service providers. With a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA in Marketing, she brings a distinctive combination of deep technical expertise and strategic business leadership to scale AI adoption and innovation globally.

Her work focuses on architecting GenAI and agentic AI solutions that drive automation, predictive intelligence, and personalized customer experiences—particularly within the BSS domain. Mona leads the full lifecycle of AI/ML platforms—from concept to production—translating advanced technologies into high-impact, real-world applications. Her background includes advanced studies in AI product and service design at MIT, which further inform her design-led approach to enterprise AI innovation.

With over 15 years of experience across telecom operators, consultancy firms, and digital enterprises, Mona Bokharaei Nia has consistently delivered transformative AI outcomes.
