Cesar Santos is the CIO of Claro Brazil, a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Projects in Telecommunications and Finance industries. With strong leadership to build high-performance organizations, Cesar has experience in management of large IT teams, also in Digital Transformation projects involving operational efficiency, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and convergent Telco Platforms.
