Daniel Healey

Daniel Healey is a seasoned Transformation Director with experience in leading large cross-functional teams to implement complex, high-value change programmes. Currently IT Delivery and Transformation Director at Three UK, Daniel has recently led the IT transformation programme to implement a new BSS stack and migrate the full customer base from legacy systems to the new system. The project also streamline the IT cost base, enhancing service delivery for Three UK’s consumer and business customers. His expertise spans strategic programme leadership, IT transformation delivery and organisational redesign.
Previously, Daniel held senior change and transformation delivery roles spanning IT and business functions at a leading UK utility company Centrica. Outside of work Daniel lives in North Hampshire in the UK with his wife and seven year old daughter. As well as spending time with his family, he enjoys getting out for bike rides on his road bike as often as he can.
