Enrico Bonatti is responsible for Tata Communications Sales Strategies, Operations and Customer Experience at Global level; he has joined the role 6 years ago coming from Microsoft where over his 20+ years tenure he held several Sales & Marketing roles.
In his current role he is managing the following core business functions: planning, budgeting, and business operations; pricing, commercial & bid management support; compliance and sales incentive plans; global partner strategy; global sales model & customer success practice; market strategy and segmentation; global sales enablement. He is also a member of Tata Communications Global CapEx Committee.
Prior to joining Microsoft on 1995 Enrico was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting (later Accenture) responsible for large-scale Enterprise IT projects for consumer goods and retail customers.
He holds a master’s in science in Management & Information Systems from Milan Polytechnic
