Frank Elter is a Director in Telenor Research & Innovation, which is part of Telenor Group, and also a part time Associate Professor at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. He holds a PhD in strategy and organization (Dr.Oecon). He works on Telenor's AI-first initiative and is a co-author of a book about how values-based leadership can enhance organizational culture. He has published 17 peer-reviewed articles on areas such as business model innovation, digitalization, and organizational change. He uses his research expertise to advise and teach Telenor leaders and is a sought-after guest lecturer at universities and business schools.
