Gjurgjica Gina Pesheva

Gjurgjica Gina Pesheva is a Senior Innovation Expert of Deutsche Telekom Services Europe, where she is responsible for inspiration, ideation, and implementation of innovative solutions in Order-to-Cash processes. Previously, at Deutsche Telekom Headquarters, she led a multinational team, elevating KPI steering, strategy development, and continuous improvement in Customer Finance processes across all DT subsidiaries. Actively engaged in TM Forum, ETIS, and RAG, Gina is acclaimed for her contributions to Business/Revenue Assurance, honored with TM Forum's Outstanding Contributor award in 2020. With 29 years of diverse management and expert roles in telecom and finance, she holds a master's in project management, is a certified Risk Management Professional, and holds a degree in electrotechnical engineering with a specialization in computer science.
