Jacek Hanusik

A distinguished expert in autonomous operations, automation, and digital transformation, with nearly three decades of versatile experience across the telecommunication, industry, and public sectors globally. Currently a Senior Manager at Detecon Consulting, he advises ICT and public sector leaders on advanced operations and AIOps, driving the design of next-generation Network Operations Centers and digital OSS strategies.

Previously, at Nokia Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, and Lucent Technologies, he led significant projects, including the development of 5G service management strategies, cognitive operations frameworks, and national broadband network audits. He managed global Network Operations Centers, implemented innovative solutions, and ensured operational readiness for technologies like LTE/5G and IP/MPLS. He also co-authored number of the Bell Labs Consulting strategic frameworks, reinforcing his expertise in operational transformation.

He holds an MBA and an M.Sc. in Electronics & Telecommunication. Certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISO27001 Internal Auditor, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
