Josep Costa

Josep was appointed three years ago as the Global Head of IT Strategy and architecture. He is leading the Enterprise IT architecture teams across Vodafone operating companies and group functions, accountable for the definition of the Digital & IT Strategy, Enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and guidance for AI and all the IT components (channels, core BSS, analytics, ERP, etc.) and architecture layers (business, application, data and infrastructure), supporting both consumer and B2B customers. Managing the different Enterprise architecture teams in order to drive architecture evolution towards a platform based company. Supporting the global delivery domains in defining the architecture of the central platforms and the local CIO’s in defining the architecture of the local platforms.

He was previously leading the EU cluster architecture, and held different roles, in architecture but also in delivery functions both at group and local Market level
