As President & CEO of TM Forum Nik Willetts is passionate about the digital revolution and the impact technology and telecommunications can have on business, cultural, societal and environmental issues. Responsible for driving the Forum’s strategy and direction, his ambition is to work closely with the world’s leading executives across our 850+ membership to transform their businesses, accelerate the pace of industry change and support the transformation of the digital economy. Among Global Telecoms Business Top 40 under 40 alumni, Nik is a frequent writer, speaker and moderator at industry conferences and events. He previously served as the Deputy CEO of TM Forum and has held a number of executive positions within the organization. Prior to joining TM Forum, Nik ran a successful consulting business working with multi-national companies across the telecoms sector.
