He leads the Telecom Applications team in the Telecom Industry Business Unit at AWS, where he has worked for over 7 years. Ross’ team helps Communication Service Providers transform their businesses using data and AI/ML. Previously, as Head of Big Data and Customer Experience at Ericsson North America, Ross focused on leveraging data to improve customer experiences.
