Shay Gurman

Shay Gurman is VP, Copilot for Sales in the Business Applications Platform organization. Shay’s team owns the strategic Copilot GPT based experiences for the Sales product across various platforms, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Teams and Outlook, as well as the core app experience of the Dynamics 365 Sales product. Shay joined Microsoft 16 years ago through Whale communication acquisition, and over the years he has worked in different management roles in Security, Power BI and Business Applications Group.

As part of his role in the PowerBI team, Shay relocated to Redmond for 5 years, where he worked on PowerBI V1 and focused on driving it to be a leading Bi product. Over the last 5 years since his return to ILDC, Shay has led engineering for the D365 Sales and Copilot for Sales teams across multiple geos (US, Israel, India).
