Tom Pluym

Tom Pluym is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in Brussels. He joined the firm in 2011.
Tom co-leads McKinsey’s global telecom DnA practice, focusing on technology-enabled strategy, transformation, and growth in telecom, media, and tech. Since joining McKinsey, Tom has worked with business and tech leaders on over 100 projects across Europe. He recently led work on BSS transformation, scaling the impact of AI, and driving CPaaS growth.
He holds an MSc in Informatics (major in software engineering) from Ghent University and started his career at a system integrator in data & analytics. He lives in Ghent, Belgium.
