Privacy Policy
TM Forum does not sell or provide your personal data (including email, phone, and address) to any third parties without your consent.
If you see an email from a company offering to sell DTW24 - Ignite attendee lists or discounted hotel rooms, please know these companies are not affiliated with TM Forum, and their activities are unlawful.
If you receive such an email, please forward it to info@tmforum.org and we will take action with our legal department.
Over the last year, TM Forum has witnessed an increase in unsolicited communication being sent without our knowledge and certainly without our consent. Outside organizations and individuals may be using digital scraping tools and data intelligence software to obtain personal information from public sites.
In many instances, this activity violates various privacy laws and the terms of service of targeted websites. In today's digital landscape, we understand the responsibility we have to ensure all collected personal information is safeguarded against any unwanted and malicious activities.
Compliance with privacy regulations
TM Forum takes privacy and data protection seriously and seeks to comply with all applicable data protection requirements. For more information on how we collect personal information and use your personal data and how we share that data, click here.
Selling attendee lists is prohibited
Any communication mentioning our attendee lists are for sale is a scam. We do not and will never sell our attendee lists. These “lists” likely contain incorrect information and are of little to no value.
All instances of fraudulent attendee list sales should be sent to info@tmforum.org for further legal action.
We do not work with hotel brokers
DTW24-Ignite has one official accommodation partner - bnetworks.
Any communication around discounted hotel block rates, from a sender other than TM Forum or bnetworks, is not related to us and should be considered fraud.
Please report these to info@tmforum.org, and do not respond to the sender.
Your privacy is important to us. If you have any comments or questions regarding this privacy update, you can contact us at info@tmforum.org
