Ajay Ravindranathan is a Principal Solutions Architect within the Telecom Industry Business Unit at Amazon Web Services. He is passionate about driving Data&AI-powered outcomes in the areas of customer experience, network operations, and sustainability for the telecommunications industry. In his current role, he spends most of his time collaborating with telecom customers and partners globally to build and commercialize solutions that drive cost savings and revenue growth for communication service providers (CSPs).

Prior to joining AWS, Ajay spent 18 years in the telecom industry, holding enterprise architecture and solution architecture positions. He consulted in areas such as AIOps, Operations Support Systems (OSS), Business Support Systems (BSS), and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) for several tier-1 communication service providers and telecom vendors.
