Daniëlle Stekelenburg is a partner with Bain & Company, based in Amsterdam. She joined the firm in 2008.
Danielle’s expertise is in complex global transformations of primarily Telecom companies which mobilize the organization to deliver speedy results through initiatives that optimize delivery (e.g., simplification, IT modernization), reduce cost or increase revenue – with significant focus on building a company culture that sustains the change.
Daniëlle leads the diversity & inclusion agenda for Bain’s Communications, Media and Entertainment practice globally. She is also a member of the TM Forum Diversity & Inclusion Council and supports the development of the Inclusion & Diversity Score.
She holds an MSc in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from the Technische Universiteit in Delft, and an MA in Econometrics from Western University, Canada. Danielle is passionate about sports, and volunteers as a business coach to young entrepreneurs in sports-related start-ups.
