Dave Bilimoria

As a customer experience specialist, Dave has architected and led new solutions for clients across a number of industries, mostly in CSPs. Prior to Etiya Dave held a number of senior client facing and solutions roles at PWC, Salesforce, Oracle and PeopleSoft. During this time Dave has worked with major global and local CSP’s across the globe, where Dave is able to combine his business acumen with deep technical understanding to deliver tangible outcomes for clients. His degree in Computer Science from Imperial College, London, gives him a strong understanding of how technology underpins customer experience, business process performance and decision making at all levels.
