Dena Al Mansoori is the Group Chief AI and Data Officer at e&, where she is spearheading the development and execution of the group's Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data strategy. Dena's main priorities at the newly established AI and Data Department are to accelerate the group's AI and Data Analytics strategies, maximise synergies across business verticals, and revolutionise both internal operational efficiency as well as external products and solutions.

Prior to her current role, Dena served as e& Group's Chief Human Resources Officer, where she drove significant cultural transformation and introduced innovative workplace technologies. Her efforts were crucial in e&'s transition from a regional telecommunications company to an innovative global tech company.

As GCHRO, Dena implemented people-centric strategies that enhanced operational efficiency, created new revenue streams, and achieved the highest on-record employee engagement. She created e&'s first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, People Analytics and Employee Experience teams, which helped to modernize the workplace, create a data-driven culture, and establish the company as one of the world's leading employers of choice.

Dena's over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies began in the Data & Consulting Department at Schlumberger. Throughout her career, her leadership has been instrumental in crafting innovative strategies, fostering progressive cultures, and leveraging emerging technologies across diverse industries and geographies. She is also the founder of WhiteBox HR, an AI tech company specializing in analytics and machine learning, and she currently serves as a mentor for tech startups in both Hub71 and the DIFC FinTech Hive. Dena's academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and Finance from Boston University, with an additional certification in AI from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
