José Luis Garcia Amores

José Luis has an experience in the Telecommunications IT industry of more than 20 years. He is currently the head of the B2B IT Architecture at Telefonica Group in the Global Chief Technical 6 Information office. For the last years he has been doing the role of B2B IT Enterprise Architect participating in the design of the architecture systems map for new companies of the group like Telefonica Tech or supporting E2E IT Transformations in other OBs of the group. Focus of activity these years has been BSS systems: CRM, CPQ, Billing & Collections, being now B2B2X commercial models based on the new opportunities leveraged by AI and NaaS one of the main areas of interest.
Before acting as Enterprise Architect, he has been responsible of the design and delivery of complex transformation programs in different CSPs in Europe, South America and Africa.
