Manuel Aguiar is currently Director of Altice Labs, where he leads a team of experts that develop delivery and support a cutting-edge Operational Support Systems – NOSSIS - for CSPs/DSPs worldwide
With more than 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, Manuel worked as a software developer and team leader, before assuming management positions in Advanced Connectivity Systems and, lately, on OSSs.
His teams have been successfully deploying OSS solutions in four continents, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to customer experience enhancements working closely with customers and following the market best practices.
He’s committed and passionate about bringing innovative solutions to DSP/CSP while leveraging the unique expertise in network, services, and IT of his teams.
