Nilmar Seccomandi David

Nilmar Seccomandi is currently the Director of Autonomous Network & Infrastructure in Telefónica. Based in Madrid, his role includes corporate leadership in areas such as Network & IT operation centres, Service operation centres, FTTH deployment, Data Centre, Technical Leases, Energy efficiency and others. He is also leading Telefónica´s transformation towards the Autonomous Network (ANJ).
He joined Telefónica Brazil in 1998. In 2009 he was appointed to an Executive position in Telefónica Brazil, and in 2016 he moved to Telefónica HQ as Head of Infrastructure. He is currently reporting to the Global CTIO.
