Rene Felber

Rene Felber is the founder and CEO of Transform & Trust Advisory (TTA), based in Finland. TTA helps organizations accelerate systematic development of future-ready organizational capabilities for sustained growth. TTA’s core expertise is in organizational design, strategic talent and knowledge management, digitalization, sustainability, and digital trust (AI/Data governance & security). TTA’s DNA are data-driven and collaborative services that deliver strategic and actionable blueprint solutions, thus strengthening individual awareness and accountability.

Rene’s >20-year expertise is in complex digital and organizational transformations, and digital trust. His international multi-industry advisory background and his former Tech and Telco leadership roles have equipped him with a forward-thinking and action-oriented mindset. His experience was recently rounded with Executive MBA studies. Rene is also an active contributor in various TM Forum projects, such as TechCo transformation, Cross-domain maturity model evolution, Ecosystem management, and Innovation catalysts e.g. concept to secure digital trust in AI-boosted ecosystems. In 2017, Rene received a TM Forum “Outstanding Contributors” award for his leadership in the business assurance domain.
