With over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry across technical and leadership roles, Ross McWalter brings deep industry expertise. He leads the Telecom Applications team in the Telecom Industry Business Unit at AWS, where he has worked for over 7 years. Ross’ team helps Communication Service Providers transform their businesses using data and AI/ML. Previously, as Head of Big Data and Customer Experience at Ericsson North America, Ross focused on leveraging data to improve customer experiences.
