Sandeep Phadke

Sandeep is responsible for the Communications, Media, Entertainment (CME) and Technology Business for Europe within Tech Mahindra. As Head of the CME business in Europe, Sandeep is responsbile for all activities in UK&I, Continental Europe, Nordics, Russia and CIS countries. This also includes the strategic partnership with British Telecom (BT) which is the largest customer for Tech Mahindra in Europe.

He is responsible for developing the Tech Mahindra brand in the region. Sandeep has handled critical and strategic engagements with key clients in the region.

Sandeep has 20 + Years of experience in IT and Network services, both in delivery and sales – full outsourcing, applications management and off-shoring. His vast experience across multiple locations including Chicago, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands makes him an expert in managing teams working on large complex engagements. He has built teams and explored virgin geographies, pioneering and leading Tech Mahindra’s 18+ branch operations and is the process owner for Strategic acquisitions in the region.
