Sarit Assaf

Sarit Assaf is general manager of Amdocs Technology’s New Tech business unit, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes the Networking, Product Management Group, Cloud R&D, Product Support and CTO Engineering. As part of this role, Sarit leads the Control Plane product unit, which develops innovative solutions in telecommunications infrastructure and network management. Under her guidance, this unit excels in areas crucial to the industry’s future, such as charging systems, policy frameworks and network data management. Sarit is also responsible for the development of the Amdocs Microservices Platform, a cornerstone in the company’s move towards cloud-based solutions, serving as a cloud-agnostic foundation for Amdocs’ innovative offerings. Beyond her core responsibilities, Sarit champions the unit’s Innovation Hackathon program, a catalyst for ideation that has led to the creation of market-leading products and services, delivering amazing customer experiences. Additionally, Sarit is dedicated to narrowing the gender gap, having led several women’s forums focused on accelerating professional development, and engaging in initiatives that empower the next generation of female leaders. Previously, Sarit held executive positions in product and services domains, including director and later VP for
Portfolio Management, along with customer management roles for various North American accounts. Sarit has been an active TM Forum board member since 2022, embodying empowerment and innovation within the telecom industry. Sarit holds a B.Sc. in computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
