Sylvain Seignour

Since joining Netcracker in 2007, Sylvain has held multiple global strategic sales and leadership roles for Netcracker. In his current role as President, Sylvain is a top decision maker, interacting with customers and stakeholders, setting the tone for the company’s values, culture, and brand. He supports Netcracker’s key customer relationships across the globe and provides leadership to sales teams on expanding Netcracker’s current customer base.
Prior to joining Netcracker, Sylvain held various roles in the telecommunications industry in both the Americas and Europe. He started his career as a Cable Practice Manager at SIRTI SA in France and then moved into a strategic client role with CTI, Inc. In 1999, Sylvain joined Amdocs, where he held roles in project management, business management and sales consultancy as well as a customer business executive position.
Sylvain holds a master’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale des Arts et Metiers in France.
