Alexis is currently acting as the Director Operations Strategy and Transformation at Orange. Alexis has a strong background and skills on Software Development. He has spent more than 20 years in Software development and has driven several Digital transformations based on #Agile and #DevSecOps methodologies with Orange Affiliates since 2017.

Today, Alexis is currently managing a team which is gardening for the operations efficiency at Orange Group. His team is responsible for designing and driving the implementation of the Operations Master Plan which contains the Operations guidelines for the projects, affiliates, and Business Units. The transformations are transversal, systemic and have impacts on People (#Culture and #Skills), on Processes (#Methodologies and #Governance) and on Technologies (#Technical challenges).
Besides that, Alexis is also Future Operations Expert and the Referent of this Community. He is coordinating and managing transversally around 75 experts who are designing Future proof Operations guidelines and illuminating Orange business and strategic decisions.
