As the Director of STL Partners' research team, she challenges and supports telecom companies to break out of traditional operating models and become more customer-centric and technology-savvy. She has over 12 years experience in telecom strategy, including as Head of ICT Research at Fitch Solutions prior to joining STL Partners. Amy speaks fluent French and ice-breaking Mandarin and holds an MSc in Chinese Politics from the School of Oriental and Africa Studies.
