Mr. Hong has over 36 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, with deep knowledge in large-scale Business, Digital, and IT Transformation programs for many leading companies across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Hong has also worked at Singtel Group, Telkomsel, Zain KSA, Accenture and was Senior Vice President at TM Forum.As part of his role, Mr. Hong is the global leader of Generative AI for Telecommunication, a cutting-edge initiative that uses Microsoft's large language models ecosystem and natural language generation capabilities to create new value for telecom operators. Mr. Hong collaborates with the Telecom Operator Globally to help them adopt Generative AI as a key driver of their digital transformation, enabling them to be successful on their AI journey not only improve their customer experience and operational efficiency, but also build their competitive edge and future growth potential.
