Camille is a Director in Capgemini Invent based in Oslo, Norway. She is part of the Telecom, Media & Technology industry team and has been working with European telcos as strategic advisory & transformation partner, on new growth opportunities, customer experience design, digital transformation programs or Post Merger Integrations. She is most passionate about helping her clients grow their business by reinventing the way their customers experience their brand, products & services.
She believes Generative AI is an innovation breakthrough and will be a game changer for the industry. She spends most of her time advising telcos on experimenting with this new technology, starting with low hanging use cases and progressively embedding it in all their processes, whether internal or customer facing. She is a strong advocate of this new technology and the way it will (and already is) transforming our work and our lives!
