Danielle Stekelenburg is an Amsterdam-based partner who joined Bain & Company in 2008. Danielle’s expertise is in complex transformations of telecommuncations companies, which mobilize the organization to deliver speedy results through initiatives that optimize delivery, reduce cost, or increase revenue, with significant focus on building a company culture that sustains the change.
Danielle leads the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for our Communications, Media and Entertainment practice. She is also a member of the TM Forum Diversity & Inclusion Council and supports the development of the Inclusion & Diversity Score.
In her personal time, Danielle – an active sports enthusiast – volunteers as a business coach to young entrepreneurs in sports-related start-ups.
